The policies, procedures, documentation and training strategies are continuously improved to ensure that business activities and personal conduct comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
Prospects Training staff have achieved or are working towards D32/33/A1 and D34/V1, and are experts in their occupational field.
Assessors follow a timetable of Continuous Professional Development as set out in the ENTO guidelines and follow the NVQ Code of Practice and JAB guidelines.
Quality improvement is of prime importance and ongoing internal auditing forms an integral part of our activities and ensures that the requirements of all the stakeholders are adhered to.
We monitor all provision on an ongoing basis using a stage process focusing on the learners, the assessors, the quality of materials and best practices.
Learners engage in a range of strategies in order to access the support that is determined to be necessary to sustain their learning.
